Silicone safety performance

Silica gel is a kind of amorphous silicon dioxide, and the dust content in the workshop should be controlled to be no more than 10 mg/m3. Air exhaust should be strengthened, and masks should be worn during operation.
Silicone has strong adsorption capacity and can cause dryness to human skin. Therefore, work clothes should be worn during operation. If silicone enters the eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention as soon as possible.
Blue silica gel contains a small amount of Cobalt(II) chloride, which is potentially toxic. It should be avoided from contact with food and inhalation. In case of poisoning, a doctor should be sent immediately.
Silicone has a decreased adsorption capacity due to the adsorption of water vapor or other organic substances in the medium during use, and can be reused after regeneration.
Safety term: S22 Do not break the dust Do not inhale dust.

Silicone product performance

The superior performance, coupled with the fact that silicone is a non petroleum product and does not rely on increasingly scarce petroleum resources, has made silicone products a substitute for similar plastic products.

Technical parameters of silicone products

Ratio of silicone vulcanizing agent. Silicone rubber is the most common two component vulcanized silicone rubber.

Factors affecting silicone products

Viscosity. Explanation of technological terms: The volume characteristic of a liquid, quasi liquid, or quasi solid substance that resists flow, that is, the internal friction or flow resistance between molecules when flowing under external forces. Usually, viscosity is directly proportional to hardness.

Silicone Usage

Silicone products are indispensable components for making photocopiers, keyboards, Electronic dictionary, remote controls, toys, silicone keys, etc.
